Magic 30 Accessibility Assistance Program
Looking for accessibility information and services at Magic 30? We’ve got you covered! Magic 30 is an accessible event for all, and we’ve put together an ADA Assistance Program with inclusion in mind.
Queuing
ADA queues will be available throughout your Magic 30 experience, including Registration, Merch Distribution, (if you arrive early) Morning Queue, Show Store, and Main Stage events. ADA queues will be indicated by signage, so be on the lookout for where to line up or ask a staff member (wearing black shirts) or Crew (wearing gray shirts) for assistance. All ADA queues will be fully accessible for those with mobility devices.
Please Note: ADA queues do not grant front of line privileges. ADA queues are provided to ensure safe and easy accessibility only. All fans will encounter equal wait times at our popular events and activations.
ADA Sticker
If you require special accommodations, you’ll need to stop by the Accessibility Services Hub located in the Registration/Will Call area in the main Lobby to receive your ADA sticker. ADA stickers will help staff and security identify fans who may need special accommodations to enjoy the event.
Companion stickers will also be available at the Accessibility Services Hub (limit 1 per guest, exceptions made for families with young children).
Main Stage
You’re not going to want to miss some of the exciting programs on the Main Stage, so arrive at panels early and look for the designated ADA Queue and Entrance. There will be reserved ADA seating throughout the Main Stage area, just look for the designated seatbacks or ask for help at the front entrance. Please leave the reserved ADA seats at the front of the stage for those with visual impairments.
If you need ASL interpretation for a Main Stage event, please reach out to [email protected] by Friday, October 14th.
Tournaments
Have you purchased a tournament ticket and require accessible seating? Please contact [email protected] with detailed information on your needs and questions. TenFifty will work closely with our play events partner to ensure a comfortable and safe play experience.
Show Store
Shop till you drop? Not on our watch! We want to make sure your shopping experience is smooth and easy. There will be designated ADA Queues at the official Show Store that are fully accessible for all mobility devices.
Quiet Room
Having too much fun? Need someplace quiet to collect your thoughts or take a break? A designated quiet room will be available to anyone with a Magic 30 badge during Exhibit Hall hours. Please click here for the exact location the Quiet Room. The Quiet Room will close daily at 7:00 PM.
